The port lifeboat attempting to round the stern and reach the starboard side where she was ordered to take more crew off on the lee side - she didn't make it in time.
The starboard boat with Bill Short in the water - the only man to have been rescued from the sea.

Stunning stuff, Alan. The work and the pictures. I can see far more detail here than I did at Telford where it was overshadowed (only physically, mind) by you know what (perhaps bullied is a better word).

Thanks Ian, I think! There are no drawings for Induna, so undoubtedly there are inaccuracies but I got as close as I could. If the Russians would only salvage the wreck I could check some details.
